Maharajas too are dictators, not elected ones: IIOJK Deputy CM
Jammu: Deputy Chief Minister of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir Surinder Kumar Choudhary has said that the Maharajas too are dictators as they are not elected by people but selected ones.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Surinder Kumar Choudhary talking to reporters in Jammu said, “Are Maharajas not dictators? Are they elected ones? No, they are selected.”
He said they don’t call Prime Minister Narendra Modi a dictator as he has been elected by the people. “We have been elected by the people,” he said.
He also said that martyrs should not be disrespected whatever the community they belong to. “What I have said is right. There shouldn’t be derogatory remarks used against martyrs, whatever the community they belong to,” the Deputy Chief Minister said.
