Three Muslim youths brutally attacked by Hindutva mob in BJP-ruled UP

Lucknow: In yet another shocking act of religious violence, three Muslim youths were brutally attacked by a Hindutva mob in Uttar Pradesh, a state ruled by Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP).
According to Kashmir Media Service, the incident occurred near Paratapur in Hapur district. The Hindutva men asked the youths for their names, and upon hearing their Muslim identities, launched the violent assault without any provocation.
The victims, identified as Wasim, Rizwan and Aamir, were returning home after completing their daily work when they were intercepted by the Hindutva men armed with iron rods and sticks. Upon learning their religious identity, the mob, shouting slurs against Muslims, mercilessly beat them. Rizwan and Aamir sustained serious injuries while Wasim’s condition remains critical and has been shifted to an emergency ward.
The families of the victims have filed a formal complaint at the Pilkhuwa police station and named the accused attackers. They have demanded immediate arrests and swift action against the perpetrators.
Locals in the area have expressed anger after the incident. The attack has also created fear among the villagers who demanded action from the police.
The attack, which took place in broad daylight, highlights the growing atmosphere of fear and hostility towards Muslims in Modi’s India, particularly in BJP-ruled states. Incidents like these are not isolated but reflect a broader trend of rising intolerance against Muslims.
