Indian forces continue violent operation for second day in Kulgam

Srinagar: The violent cordon and search operation by Indian troops entered its second consecutive day, today, in Kulgam district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the operation was launched by Indian Army, Rashtriya Rifles, Central Reserve Police Force and para commandos against Kashmiri youth struggling for their right to self-determination and an end to Indian occupation.
The troops had martyred two Kashmiri youth on Monday, while two Indian army officers were killed and a Major was critically injured in a clash in the Gudar area of the district, Indian police officials confirmed.
Meanwhile, Indian forces also continued similar operations in different areas of Kupwara, Baramulla, Bandipora, Islamabad and other hilly belts of the territory.
