Hindutva leaders openly boast about wiping out Kashmir’s distinct cultural and religious character as reviving pre-Islamic Hindu past in Kashmir is the ideological mission of BJP-RSS.
Total assimilation of Jammu and Kashmir into India and stripping it of autonomy, identity, and rights is the decades-old project of BJP-RSS.
Modi wants to reshape IIOJK into a laboratory of Hindutva dominance and cultural supremacy but the Kashmiris have vowed to resist every attempt to erase their identity and heritage and the Kashmiris would rather embrace martyrdom than live as subjects under Hindutva subjugation.
International human rights voices must stand up for Kashmiris before their identity is erased forever and India must face global accountability for trampling international laws and Kashmiris’ right to self-determination.
