Assam: IAF transport plane crashes, pilot feared dead

Dispur: An AN-32 military transport plane of the Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed while landing at the Jorhat airbase in Assam.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the plane caught fire after the crash.

It is feared that the pilot may have been killed in the crash. Immediate rescue operations have been launched at the airbase.
