Srinagar: In a poignant announcement, senior All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq expresses deep sorrow over the demise of the distinguished religious scholar, Dr. Qari Abdul Latif Butt, and the beloved Mirwaiz family associate, Merajuddin Khan.
According to Kashmir Media Service,Dr Qari Abdul Latif Butt who was a resident of Qazi Yar Zaina Kadal, Srinagar, passed away after a long illness.
Merajuddin Khan of Hazratbal Srinagar, closely associated with the Mirwaiz family, also leaves a void in the community.
