PeH launches march from Athmuqam to Muzaffarabad to express solidarity with IIOJK people
Muzaffarabad: The Jammu and Kashmir Pasban-e-Hurriyat has launched a march from Athmuqam to Muzaffarabad, today, to express solidarity with the oppressed people of occupied Kashmir.
A large number of people including women and children holding banners and placards bearing slogans against the Indian atrocities in the occupied territory are part of the foot march.
The purpose of the march is to draw the attention of the United Nations to Indian war crimes in occupied Jammu and Kashmir and to put pressure on the international organization to stop the massacre of innocent Kashmiris.
Pasban-e-Hurriyat Chairman Uzair Ahmed Ghazali, Vice Chairman Usman Ali Hashim, Kashmir United Movement Leader Pirzada Sultan Mehmood, Pasban-e-Hurriyat District President Sharafat Hussain Malik and Head of Women’s Department Mehnaz Qureshi led the march.
The purpose of this march is to draw the attention of the United Nations to Indian war crimes in Occupied Kashmir and to put pressure on the World Body to stop the killing of innocent Kashmiris.
Uzair Ahmad Ghazali and other speakers on the occasion said the people of the territory are facing Indian oppression and tyranny on a large scale. The Modi government has snatched all the basic rights of Kashmiris but despite all the atrocities, the morale of Kashmiris is high and they will take their freedom movement to its logical conclusion, they added.
