Indian CRPF ASI killed in Chhattisgarh attack
Raipur: An Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) was killed in a bomb blast in disturbed Chhattisgarh state in India.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the ASI, Girish Babu, a native of Uttar Pradesh state, was injured in a bomb blast attack by Maoist guerrillas in Dantewada area of the state, Chhattisgarh and succumbed to injuries at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
Girish Babu had recently shifted from Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir to Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada district. He sustained injuries in the explosion and succumbed to his injuries, Etawah SSP, Sanjay Kumar Verma, told media.
