Pakistan’s all-out support to Kashmir cause hailed
Srinagar: All Parties Hurriyat Conference senior leader Agha Syed Hasan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi and other Hurriyat leaders and organizations have expressed profound gratitude to the government and people of Pakistan for their continued support to the Kashmiris’ just struggle for securing their right to self-determination.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Agha Syed Hasan Al-Musawi Al-Safvi in a statement issued in Srinagar said the government and people of Pakistan have always raised their voice in favor of the Kashmiri people and every year celebrate Kashmir Solidarity Day on February 5.
He said there is an urgent need to resolve the long-pending Kashmir dispute because unless the Kashmir dispute is resolved in its true context, sustainable peace cannot be established in South Asia.
Meanwhile, Vice Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Freedom Movement Qazi Imran, Haji Arif, Khawaja Ayaz, Sarfaraz Raja and Abdul Ghani Lone in a joint statement said Kashmiri people have made great sacrifices in their just struggle and these sacrifices will not be allowed to go waste. Pakistan is playing a key role in bringing the voice of Kashmiri people to the international community, they added.
They said, “We are Pakistanis, Pakistan is ours”, is the motto and mission of our leader Shaheed Syed Ali Gilani, for the fulfillment of which we will continue our struggle.”
Vice Chairman of International Forum for Justice and Human Rights Mushtaq-ul-Islam in a statement said there is no substitute for the selfless love of the people of Pakistan. He said the purpose of observing Kashmir Solidarity Day is to salute the spirit of freedom of the Kashmiri people and to draw the attention of the international community to the serious situation of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
He said Pakistan has always given political, diplomatic and moral support to Kashmiris and made tireless efforts for the freedom of Kashmiris and demanded the international community to take notice of the atrocities being inflicted on Kashmiris in the occupied territory.
