Self-styled Hindu godman abducts, rapes two girls in Chhattisgarh
Bilaspur: A self-style Hindu godman and four others have been arrested for the abduction and rape of two 14-year-old girls in disturbed Chhattisgarh state in India.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the accused had lured the parents of the girls with the promise that they would be showered with money if they participated in a ritual in Bilaspur district of the state, an official said.
Self-styled Hindu godman Kuleshwar Singh Rajput alias Kumar and his accomplices Ganesh Sahu (52), Dhania Banjare (42), Kanhaiya (40) and a woman, Hulsi Ratre (30), were arrested, said Archana Jha, in-charge superintendent of police, Bilaspur district.
