Similar demonstrations took place in Golaghat, where the District Students’ Union and 30 tribal organizations jointly conducted a hunger strike near the district students’ union office.
In Nalbari, the AASU and tribal groups intensified their protests, gathering at the Nalbari Natya Mandir to voice their opposition against the act.
