Elderly Indian tourist dies in IIOJK’s Islamabad district

Srinagar: An elderly tourist from India died after falling unconscious in Islamabad district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, an official said that the tourist identified as Mahasukh Panchmiya (77), a resident of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, fell unconscious during sightseeing in Pahalgam area of the district.

He was transferred to a hospital in the area for treatment, where doctors pronounced him brought dead, the official added.

The cause of death has not been disclosed.
