Modi will not be PM of India, claims Rahul Gandhi
Kannauj: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Friday that Narendra Modi will not serve as the country’s prime minister.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Rahul Gandhi speaking at a rally in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, where Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is contesting in the Lok Sabha elections, proclaimed, “Mark my words, Narendra Modi will not be the prime minister of India.”
The Congress and the Samajwadi Party, both part of the INDIA alliance, have joined forces for the Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh.
Addressing the opposition alliance, Gandhi emphasised, “A powerful INDIA alliance surge is heading towards Uttar Pradesh. The BJP is poised to suffer its most significant defeat in the state.”
