Devastating fire suspiciously breaks out in Rajouri forests
Srinagar: A massive and suspicious forest fire has devastated the Bathuni forest belt in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, leaving behind a trail of destruction.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the blaze, which started late on Sunday, has already consumed seven to eight acres of land, resulting in severe damage to trees and wildlife.
Eyewitnesses have reported that the fire mysteriously broke out while Indian troops were conducting a search operation in the area under the guise of looking for militants. The Forest Protection Force has initiated a large-scale firefighting operation, but the flames had already caused significant damage by the time it was contained.
This incident has raised concerns about the Indian military’s activities in the area.
