Missing Indian police SI who attempted suicide in critical condition
Hyderabad: The condition of the sub-inspector, who committed suicide by drinking pesticides in the Indian state of Telangana, is critical.
According to Kashmir Media Service, sub-inspector Srinivas of Ashwarapet Police Station, a resident of Mehbubabad area of the state, was missing.
When he did not reach home, his family informed the police, after which they found that the sub-inspector had tried to commit suicide by drinking insecticide.
The sub-inspector was shifted to a local hospital from where the doctors transferred him to District Hospital, Warangal.
According to the doctors, the sub-inspector’s condition is critical.
The reason for the police officer’s suicide is not immediately known and police are investigating in this regard.
