Another Kashmir lawyer arrested under PSA in IIOJK
Srinagar: Indian police arrested a lawyer, Mian Muzzafar, in a midnight raid in occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday under draconian law Public Safety Act (PSA).
According to Kashmir Media Service, this marks the third lawyer arrest in the past fortnight, following the detention of Senior Advocate and Chairperson of IIOJK High Court Bar Association Nazir Ronga on Thursday.
Earlier, Indian authorities arrested former Bar Association President Mian Abdul Qayoom in a raid at his house in Srinagar in a fake case.
