Woman raped in moving bus in Telangana
Hyderabad: A woman was sexually assaulted in a moving bus in Telangana state.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the woman passenger was raped by one of the drivers of a private bus in Hyderabad, the Osmania University police said. The police stated that the 26-year-old homemaker was the last passenger on the bus, and when it reached the Tarnaka area, the second driver, Krishna, committed the crime.
The woman dialed 100 (the emergency number) and reported the incident. Before the police arrived, Krishna escaped. The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The Osmania University police have arrested the main driver and are investigating the incident.
