Woman passenger bites constable, assaults co-travellers on Pune-Delhi Flight
Pune: A woman passenger, Surekha Singh, physically assaulted her co-passengers and bit a Central Industrial Security Force constable on a Pune-Delhi IndiGo flight at Lohegaon Airport.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the altercation began over seating arrangements, and the crew called CISF for assistance.
However, Singh responded aggressively, slapping and biting constable Priyanka Reddy. She was restrained, removed from the aircraft, and handed over to airport police.
A case has been filed against her for voluntarily causing hurt and assault. According to CISF, Singh became violent after the pilot refused to fly her, and she bit the constable while being escorted out.
