Fire in Indian army cantonment in Srinagar claims life of non-Kashmiri civilian
Srinagar: A fire at an Indian Army cantonment in Badami Bagh, Srinagar, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, has claimed the life of a non-Kashmiri man.
According to Kashmir Media Service, a fire broke out in a canteen located within the cantonment, resulting in severe burn injuries to Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Haryana. He was immediately shifted to a military hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries.
The fire occurred during the night, completely destroying the goods inside the canteen. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
