Indian police conduct massive raids on local SIM card vendors in IIOJK
Srinagar: Indian Police have arrested 30 people associated with wit the SIM card business during massive raids in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in a statement issued in Srinagar, police confirmed the arrest of more than 30 Kashmiris during the raids. These people have been arrested on the fake charge of being involved in unlawful activities.
Extensive raids have been conducted against SIM card vendors across multiple districts, including Srinagar, Ganderbal, Islamabad, Budgam, Pulwama, Shopian, Bandipora, Samba and Kishtwar, on the concocted charge of not complying with so-called norms, set by the Modi regime after revocation of Article 370 in the occupied territory.
However, analysts view the raids as a part of a broader strategy to cripple the Kashmiri people economically.
