Kashmiris & Pakistani diaspora set to protest Modi’s Paris visit
Paris: The Pakistani and Kashmiri diaspora in France is all set to hold a joint protest demonstration against the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Paris, today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the protest will take place at Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad, 75019 Paris, near Metro lines 2, 5, and 7 (from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The organizers, under the banner of the Pakistani and Kashmiri Community France, have urged all individuals, irrespective of political differences, to join the demonstration. The event aims to condemn Modi’s policies and actions in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, while expressing solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris.
The protest is expected to showcase the commitment of the diaspora towards highlighting human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and demanding justice for the victims of India’s oppressive regime.
Participants will demonstrate unity and resolve in support of the Kashmiri people’s struggle for freedom from Indian occupation.
