Indian forces arrest two youth in Bandipora

Srinagar: Indian forces’ personnel arrested two youth in Bandipora district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth, identified as Abdul Majid and Abdul Hamid, were arrested by the troops during a cordon and search operation in Malpora, Nowgam area of the district.

Both youth were taken to an interrogation center for further investigation.

Indian officials, justifying the detention, claimed that the duo were arrested along with arms and ammunition. A First Information Report (FIR) under the black law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) was registered against the detained youth.
