Islamabad: On International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on Religion or Belief, India’s minorities remain under siege.

A report released by Kashmir Media Service, on International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on Religion or Belief, today, said the Modi regime is relentlessly enforcing RSS’s anti-minority agenda across India.

It said hate crimes against Muslims, Christians and other religious minorities have spiked under the rule of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). It said religious minorities in India live under constant fear and insecurity.

The report said terror has become state policy to silence minorities in Modi’s India, adding it is the mission of the BJP to purge India of its minorities and impose Hindu Rashtra.

It said Modi and cohorts openly promote Hindu supremacy across India and minority religious sites are routinely vandalized by Hindutva mobs with impunity.

The report further said the Hindutva forces treat minorities as second-class citizens in their own homeland and the world must confront Hindu fascism and hold India accountable for minority persecution.

Global solidarity must translate into action to safeguard India’s oppressed minorities, it concluded.
