Authorities seize property of another Kashmiri in IIOJK

Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the authorities have seized the property of another Kashmiri in Ratnipora area of Pulwama district.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Indian police have seized the two-storey house of Gulzar Ahmed Dar in Kharbat Pora area of Ratnipora under the black law of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

The Indian police said the seized house is not allowed to be sold, transferred or rented out and strict action will be taken against the violators.

The authorities have intensified the process of confiscating houses, lands and other properties of Kashmiris after August 5, 2019, when the special status of occupied Jammu and Kashmir was abolished to change the population ratio in the territory.
