Mirwaiz to deliver special sermon at Charar-e-Sharief tomorrow
Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, senior leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Mirwaiz Umar Farooq will deliver a special sermon at the Khanqah of Hazrat Alamdar Kashmir, Sheikh Noor-u-Din Noorani (RA) (Charar-e-Sharief) tomorrow (Friday).
According to Kashmir Media Service, Anjuman Auqaf of Jamia Masjid, Srinagar, has announced that Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in his sermon will reflect on Sheikh-ul-Alam’s universal teachings of unity, moral renewal, and their enduring relevance to contemporary society.
The sermon will be delivered from 1:00pm followed by congregational Friday prayers at 2:30pm.
The Anjuman has urged devotees to participate in large numbers in this blessed gathering, continuing the centuries-old legacy of the Mirwaizeen of Kashmir.
