APHC condemns Modi regime for intensified raids, property seizures in IIOJK

Srinagar: All Parties Hurriyat Conference has strongly condemned the unabated search and frisking operations and illegal attachment of properties belonging to Kashmiri people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement issued in Srinagar, while denouncing the attachment of the property of Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai and the arrest of Kashmiri youth under draconian laws in IIOJK as well as Kashmiri traders in India on fabricated charges, said that the lives of the oppressed Kashmiris have been left completely at the mercy of the brutal Indian occupation and the New Delhi-installed regime, led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
The APHC said India is employing torture and black laws in a systematic and institutionalized manner in IIOJK, while its forces are brazenly involved in extrajudicial killings, harassment, torture, arbitrary detention, abuse and gross human rights violations across the territory.
He said the Hindutva-driven BJP regime, in collusion with its establishment, is committing heinous crimes including the killing of innocent civilians, termination of employees, seizure of properties and the use of notorious agencies such as the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) to raid the homes of freedom- and peace-loving Kashmiris, aimed at punishing them for demanding their le
