BJP is not a political party but a gang: Akhilesh Yadav
Lucknow: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has described the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as not merely a political party but a gang whose politics are rooted in deceit and trickery.
According to Kashmir Media Service, speaking at a meeting at the party office, Akhilesh Yadav said the BJP thrives on sectarianism and hatred, and has done nothing but misuse power. He added that the party is systematically undermining India’s democratic institutions and steering the new generation into darkness.
He emphasized that hypocrisy and superstition have no place in a progressive society. Under the current government, he said, India is moving in the wrong direction, education has become a tool for plunder, and corruption has reached alarming levels.
Akhilesh Yadav further criticized the policies of the Modi government as deeply misleading and alarming, asserting that the administration has handed over the nation’s economy to foreign interests. He warned that India’s markets and land are under the watch of external powers.
The former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh added that the BJP government has disappointed every segment of society, leaving intellectuals and citizens across all classes in deep despair.
