Sisodia slams Modi’s ‘dictatorship’, India’s portrayal as US colony
Jammu: Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia has criticized the Narendra Modi-led government, alleging it’s created a situation where anyone speaking out against it is falsely implicated and jailed. Sisodia asked Modi to clarify India’s portrayal as a US colony, saying, “We are not a colony of America. Bhagat Singh and Gandhi won our freedom. India is not America’s colony” .
Sisodia visited the family of detained AAP MLA Meraj Malik, expressing party support.
Sisodia said the regime has made it a norm to accuse and jail opposition leaders, including Sonam Wangchuk, Arvind Kejriwal, and himself, on fabricated charges. “This is a fight against dictatorship,” he said, urging people not to lose courage.
Sisodia also demanded Modi to clarify India’s portrayal as a US colony.
