18 Indian ships stranded in Strait of Hormuz as Modi’s failed diplomacy worsens energy crisis

New Delh: India’s energy crisis has intensified due to the Modi government’s failed diplomacy and duplicitous policies.

According to Kashmir Media Service, at least 18 Indian-flagged vessels are reportedly stranded in the Strait of Hormuz, raising fears of worsening fuel shortage across India.

Indian television channel NDTV confirmed that the vessels are carrying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), crude oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

Iranian authorities have warned that only ships from friendly countries, after proper coordination with Iranian officials, will be allowed safe passage.

Global experts caution that the ongoing conflict in the Middle East has effectively paralyzed the Strait of Hormuz, a critical artery for global trade. The blockage has intensified India’s fuel shortage, particularly of LPG, exposing the vulnerabilities caused by Modi’s pro-Israel stance and poor planning.
