IIOJK rights activist Ahsan Untoo admitted to Srinagar hospital

Srinagar: Prominent human rights activist Muhammad Ahsan Untoo has been admitted to a hospital in Srinagar, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Untoo is suffering from acute liver damage and is currently receiving treatment at SMHS Hospital in Srinagar.
Hurriyat leaders have expressed concern over his health and prayed for his speedy recovery. They have also appealed to the people to pray for his early recovery.
Ahsan Untoo has played a significant role in highlighting human rights violations perpetrated by Indian forces in the territory and has remained a prominent voice for human rights over the years.
