Naqshbandi remembers Molvi Mushtaq on his 22nd martyrdom anniversary

Islamabad:All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) leader Syed Faiz Naqshbandi has paid rich tributes to Molvi Mushtaq Ahmad on his 22nd martyrdom anniversary, describing him as a distinguished socio-political figure, a man of peace, and a symbol of sincerity, sacrifice, and public service.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Syed Faiz Naqshbandi in a statement issued in Islamabad said Molvi Mushtaq Ahmad devoted his entire life to the service of the people and remained committed to the principles of truth, justice, reconciliation, and dialogue. He said the martyr was widely respected for his compassion, humility, and dedication towards the poor and needy sections of society.

He stated that Molvi Mushtaq Ahmad rendered immense sacrifices for the Kashmir cause and faced imprisonment, hardships, and political persecution with courage and steadfastness. He added that his martyrdom inside a mosque while offering prayers remains one of the most painful memories in the history of Kashmir.

He further said that the sacrifices and services of Molvi Mushtaq Ahmad will always be remembered with great respect and admiration, and his legacy will continue to inspire future generations. KMS—26A
