BSF man from IIOJK dies in West Bengal
Kolkata: A Border Security Forces (BSF) soldier from Kupwara district in occupied Jammu and Kashmir died after drowning in a river in India’s West Bengal state.
Reyaz Ahmad Rather from Lolab area of Kupwara, who served as a BSF soldier stationed in West Bengal, lost his life due to drowning.
Reportedly, Reyaz Ahmad was involved in boat patrolling when strong winds struck. The boat he occupied capsized, leading to his drowning in the river.
