The Guardian exposes true nature of India, its Hindutva govt

Islamabad: The British newspaper, The Guardian, in a report has exposed the true nature of India and its Hindutva government, the claimant of the world’s largest democracy.

According to Kashmir Media Service, a report of The Guardian released on the occasion of the start of the seven-phase Lok Sabha elections in India says that the Modi government is claiming to be the world’s largest democracy on the one hand, but on the other, it seems to announce its victory before the elections.

According to the report, democracy requires fair and equal competition between opponents and equal treatment of all citizens but Modi’s India lacks these two features.

The report says that the accounts of the opposition party were frozen, the arrest of all the main opposition leaders, the use of the prosecution as a weapon and the BJP receiving aid of 1.25 billion cannot be a coincidence.

According to Indian voters, corruption and inequitable distribution of wealth has increased alarmingly. India is home to more than 20 crore Muslims but Modi ignores them and prefers only Hindu extremists. By whom Muslims are subjected to discrimination and violence. In the areas where Modi’s popularity is low, the laws of Hinduism are enforced through violence and terrorism.
