‘Naga army faces coordinated attack by KNA, Indian Forces’
Ukhrul: The government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim has said that the Naga Army recently faced a coordinated attack by the combined forces of the Kuki National Army (KNA) and Indian forces, leaving locals bewildered and wary of their presence.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Ministry of Information and Publicity of Nagalim in a statement said
The National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN) has said that the actions of Assam Rifles (AR) and the Para Regiment in guarding the sensitive Indo-Myanmar border in Kamjong district have raised serious concerns.
According to NSCN, the Kukis are granted free access to cross the border, while non-Kukis face discrimination and restrictions.
There are allegations of a free flow of weapons and ammunition into Myanmar, where KNA(B) operates under the banner of the Democratic Alliance Army against the junta. These operations are supported and facilitated by Indian forces, the statement said.
NSCN said the Indian forces are conducting clandestine operations with KNA(B), targeting the Naga Army and Meitei revolutionaries affiliated with the Western Southeast Asia (WeSEA) alliance.
