Policeman killed in Srinagar road accident
Srinaga: A policeman died in a road accident in Srinagar district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the accident occurred in Soura area of Srinagar, when a scooty rider, Mohammad Amit Butt, was hit by a truck, leading to his immediate death.
The deceased, a resident of Lar Ganderbal, was a constable in IIOJK police and was presently posted in District Police Lines Srinagar.
An Indian official said that police have taken cognizance of the incident and started an investigation.
