According to Kashmir Media Service, Sanapala Jagadeeswara Rao was one of these slain Indian army soldiers. He belonged to Andhra Pradesh, India. His family is grieving his loss after he along with his other four companions was killed in an attack Doda district of Jammu region, the other day.

Relatives of slain Indian soldiers are criticizing the Modi regime for sending troops to the disputed territory to be killed for political gains.

Rao’s brother, Vigneswara Rao, lamented the unnecessary loss of life. “He told us he [Rao] would purchase a Royal Enfield motorcycle after he returned home, but unfortunately, this incident happened,” he said, his voice filled with emotion.

The family’s anguish is palpable, and they question the Modi government’s motives in deploying troops in a conflict zone without moral justification. Why are our soldiers being sent to Kashmir to be killed for political gains?, asked one of Rao’s uncles.
