BJP encouraging Independents to create political uncertainty in IIOJK: Congress
Srinagar,: Congress MP Nasir Hussain has said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is promoting independents to create chaos and uncertainty in the upcoming so-called elections for Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir assembly.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Hussain in statement Hussain urged the people to thwart the Hindutva party’s design with unity. He said, the BJP is neither in a position nor in the race to form a government in IIOJK. He claimed that the BJP leaders have realized that people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir K are going to teach them a lesson for their misdeeds during the past 10 years, so the BJP has indulged in nefarious designs and dangerous ploys to ensure a fractured mandate after the elections.
Hussain also criticized the BJP’s track record, questioning their achievements in healthcare, education, and infrastructure development. He highlighted the rising menace of drugs, citing a report by the Parliament panel that 13.5 lakh youth in IIOJK are trapped in drug addiction.
Additionally, Hussain pointed out scams recently exposed in the territory, including the Jal Jeevan Mission Scam, Recruitment Scam, mining scam, sand scam, and liquor scam.
