IIOJK receives fresh rains, snowfall
Srinagar: Upper reaches of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir received fresh snowfall while rains lashed the plain areas of the territory.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the snowfall began early in the morning today and continued intermittently, blanketing the meadows with about an inch of snow.
Several higher reaches of the Kashmir Valley, including Gulmarg, Gurez, Machil, Mughal Road, and other locations recorded fresh snowfall.
Due to the fresh snowfall, several roads including Karnah-Kupwara road and Bandipora-Gurez road have been closed for traffic.
