Posters appear in IIOJK to pay tribute to Quaid-e-Azam
Srinagar: Posters have been displayed in various areas of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, paying tribute to the Founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, on his birth anniversary today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the posters, put up by various pro-freedom organizations, appeared on walls, poles, and columns in Srinagar and other areas of the occupied territory. They praised Quaid-e-Azam as a visionary leader under whose remarkable leadership the Muslims of the subcontinent succeeded in securing a separate homeland.
The posters read: “The Kashmiri freedom movement is, in essence, a movement for the completion of Pakistan. The Kashmiri people have a deep love and connection with Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the country he founded. They believe that Pakistan will only be complete when the entire Jammu and Kashmir becomes part of Pakistan.”
The posters also highlighted the current plight of Muslims in India, stating that the treatment of Kashmiri Muslims by the Modi government—brutally suppressing their demand for their inherent right to self-determination—demonstrates that the demand for a separate homeland made by Quaid-e-Azam was just and correct.
The posters have also been shared widely on social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Twitter.
