Fire damages residential house in Poonch
Jammu: A residential house was severely damaged after a fire broke out in Poonch district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the fire broke out in a house in the Gursai area of the district and left it completely gutted.
Upon learning about the fire, locals immediately rushed to douse the flames. Residents noted that there is no fire truck allotted to the area, emphasizing the urgent need for improved fire prevention measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known when this report was filed. Police have registered a case and initiated investigations.
