Indian police arrest three more Kashmiris in ongoing crackdown across IIOJK
Srinagar: Indian police have continued their crackdown on Kashmiris, arresting three more youth in different districts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in Budgam’s Magam area, the police raided the house of Mohammad Rafiq, a resident of Mazhama, and arrested him. In Awantipora, Pulwama, a police team stationed at a checkpoint at Sail Crossing apprehended Kifayat Shafiq, a resident of Sail Awantipora.
Meanwhile, in Shopian, a police party at a checkpoint in Batapora arrested Muhammad Ishaq Khanday, a resident of Khanday Mohallah Bonbazar.
The occupation authorities have used various pretexts to legitimize these arrests, further intensifying the repression of the Kashmiri people.
