Authorities seize property of another Kashmiri in IIOJK

Srinagar: The authorities have seized the property of another Kashmiri in Palpora village of Kralgund, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir,

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Indian police have seized the property of Nazir Ahmad Ganie, resident of Palpora in Kralgund, and presently based in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Land parcels owned by Nazir Ahmad Ganie in his native village Palpora were formally seized under the black law of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

The authorities have intensified the process of confiscating houses, lands and other properties of Kashmiris after August 5, 2019, when the special status of occupied Jammu and Kashmir was abolished to change the population ratio in the territory.
