Protest held against killing of missing girl in Poonch
Srinagar: A protest was held against the killing of a missing girl in Poonch district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, 12-year-old Ikra Firdous, who had been missing since May 30, was found dead in a river in the Mandi area of Poonch district.
Girl students and residents staged protests in different parts of Poonch, demanding justice for the deceased and strict action against those responsible for her death. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to probe the case.
