Citing Gaza ‘genocide’, Narsinghanand backs call for massacre of Indian Muslims

Ghaziabad: Controversial Hindutva priest Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati has publicly backed Anil Yadav’s call for “genocide” of Muslims in India, invoking Israel’s military offensive in Gaza to justify violence against Muslims.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Narsinghanand made the remarks while addressing a Hindu panchayat at Dasna Devi Temple in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad. Videos circulating on social media show him praising Yadav, whose speech calling for the “genocide” of Muslims had triggered outrage and demands for legal action.
“Israel is bombing Muslims in Gaza. That is why Israelis and Jews are peaceful and are travelling the world peacefully without being convicted,” Narsinghanand was heard saying. He added, “I fully support Yadav’s remarks, and any action that is taken against Yadav should first be initiated against me.”He suggested Yadav had done nothing wrong and used the Gaza conflict to justify similar violence against Muslims in India.
By defending Yadav before the gathering, Narsinghanand prompted fresh accusations of legitimising incitement to communal violence. Netizens condemned the remarks, with one user describing the priest as “another blood-thirsty idiot that thrives on venom”.
No official comment or police action had been confirmed at the time of filing.
