SIA pastes proclamation notices at houses of two activists in Bandipora

Srinagar: The New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency has pasted proclamation notices at the residential properties of two activists in Bandipora district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the SIA pasted the notices at the houses of Jameel Sheergojri and Hashir Rafiq Parray in Naz Colony and Patushay areas of the district.
The SIA said the notices were pasted because the two individuals had travelled to Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan, on valid passports in 2016 and 2018 and had subsequently involved in pro-freedom activities.
Such actions are part of the Indian BJP regime’s broader efforts to suppress Kashmiri activism and restrict the movement of Kashmiris who travel to Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan, for education or to meet relatives.
Families in IIOJK have remained divided since 1947, following India’s military occupation of Jammu and Kashmir.
