PM Kakar directs to effectively highlight Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir dispute at UN
Islamabad: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has directed to effectively highlight Pakistan’s stance on the Kashmir dispute at the United Nations.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Prime Minister issued these directives while meeting Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Munir Akram, who called on him in Islamabad today.
He said identification of opportunities for the economic welfare of the country at the global level should be the topmost priority of all diplomatic representatives of Pakistan.

Islamabad, January 05 (KMS): Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has directed diplomats to effectively and frequently highlight Pakistan’s position on the Kashmir and the Palestine issues.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Prime Minister issued these directives while meeting Ambassador of Pakistan to the US Masood Khan and High Commissioner of Pakistan to the UK Dr Muhammad Faisal, who called on him in Islamabad today.
Masood Khan and Dr Muhammad Faisal briefed the Prime Minister about the performance of their missions and took instructions from him with regard to country’s foreign policy.
The Prime Minister said Pakistani diplomats should conduct roadshows to attract foreign investors for projects launched under the platform of SIFC (Special Investment Facilitation Council). He instructed both diplomats to identify new and unique opportunities for economic cooperation at the international level.
Terming the overseas community country’s national asset, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar directed the Pakistani embassies and consuls to solve the problems faced by them on priority basis.
