Blaze damages over 450 vehicles at police training school in Delhi
New Delhi: At least 450 vehicles were damaged in a massive fire at a police training school in New Delhi.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the fire broke out at Delhi Police Training School located in Wazirabad area of North Delhi causing damage to the vehicles kept in a yard.
As many as eight fire tenders rushed to the spot to douse the blaze after the call regarding the massive fire was reported at 12:16 am on Monday, said the Department of Delhi Fire Services.
The cause of the fire is still unclear, and the local police station is investigating the incident.
“Fortunately, there were no casualties in this incident,” the department of Delhi Fire Services concluded.
