Srinagar youth missing for 21 days found dead from Jhelum River
Srinagar: A youth from Srinagar, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, who had gone missing from his home, was found dead from Jhelum River in Srinagar on Sunday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the family from Srinagar had told the media that Basharat Ahmed Butt, a resident of Naid Kadal, Srinagar, left home on February 04 after which he had been missing.
Following his absence, his family filed a missing report in the police station concerned.
The police have launched searches to trace Basharat, and on Sunday a team of police that was conducting searches near Jhelum, found his decomposed body in Jhelum River near Safakadal in Srinagar.
