NIA court issues bailable warrant against Pragya Thakur
Mumbai: A special court of dreaded India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) in Mumbai has issued a bailable warrant against one of the accused, Pragya Thakur, in the infamous 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Pragya Thakur, a BJP member of parliament from Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, also suffered a setback when her name was omitted from the party list of candidates for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections.
The case has been a long and arduous journey for the victims and their families, with numerous delays and legal complexities hampering the quest for justice.
