Indian soldier died, nine injured in IIOJK’s road accident
Srinagar: An Indian soldier has died and nine other personnel injured after a vehicle they were traveling in rolled down into a gorge in Verinag area in Islamabad district of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, an official said that the army vehicle of 19 RR skidded off the road and plunged into a gorge at Batagund Verinag.
“So far one soldier is confirmed to have died while nine others having different bodily injuries,” the official said, adding, “all the injured soldiers have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.”
